Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment has been received. During busy periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are shipped from our Marrickville NSW warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order.
We do not offer flat-rate shipping, as courier charges vary significantly by location and parcel size.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • NSW & Metro areas: 1–3 business days

  • Interstate: 2–7 business days

  • Regional/Remote areas: May take longer

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

Couriers

We use a range of trusted third-party couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Brands Establishment is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels caused by courier services, particularly during peak periods.

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you agree that parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive delivery, unless otherwise specified.
If you request signature on delivery, additional charges may apply.

Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Some bulky or heavy items may not be eligible for delivery to certain addresses.
If we are unable to ship your order due to excessive courier costs or location restrictions, we will contact you to discuss options or arrange a refund.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect may be available from our Marrickville warehouse by arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pickup times.
